Ortonville, MI
After a day of rest, my boys are ready for more adventure. Either that or they are stubborn and do not like that I claim to be more of an athlete than them. Which I am. They tag along for today’s 3-mile hike.
Gob is moving like a true pup. Leash fully extended. Hopping from snowbank to snowbank. Nose buried deep. He glances back at us with eyes full of impatience.
We reach Pinnacle Point. Or what remains of it.
Despite the big hills that none of us were expecting, the boys are still feeling good, so we opt to add a small detour to our route back. Three miles turns into 3.8. I will admit that they are also athletes.
