Trails Hiked: Oak Savanna Trail and Blazing Star Prairie Trail
Distance: 2 miles +
With a shooting range located inside the park, I really shouldn’t be surprised that so many of the posted signs have fallen victim to gun shots.
We tried to explore the Lakeplain Prairie Trail but it was unfortunately flooded. Not that Gob would have cared.
Definite plans to head back in the spring to see the prairie trails in bloom.
